In late september, a large regional forum with participation of foreigners who are the native aountrymen of the land of Aktyubinskaya in Aktobe will take place.

At the end of September, a great regional forum will be held in Aktobe with the participation of foreigners – native countrymen of Aktobe.

The regional forum "Atybe-qutty meken" is held in the framework of the "Tugan zher" program. Thus, the program article of the President "Ruhani zharyrou" is implemented in the region. The forum well-known businessmen, athletes, cultural figures, doctors, civil servants and representatives of other spheres are expected to arrive.

- The main goal of the Forum is the formation of patriotism and love for motherland, the social responsibility of business, the development of Public Private Partnership and support of the social and economic development of the region. Many native countrymen have not been on their land for twenty-twenty-five years. I think that many problems will be solved here. For Aktobe residents, this is an opportunity to create new jobs. The guests of the Forum will be able to see their native places. In addition to the regional center, to visit the districts is planned, - Saniya Kaldygulova the chairman of the organizing committee of the Forum "Atybe-құtty Meken" told at the press conference in the information center "Aqtobe aqparat".

The decision to hold such a Forum in Aktobe was made by the akim of the region Berdybek Saparbayev on January 24. At the same time, the organizing committee which included well-known Aktobe residents and consisting of 37 people was approved. At the first meeting of the organizing committee the plan of measures was adopted.

- One of the important parts was the creation of a database of Forum participants. At the moment it lists 321 people with complete personal data. The list includes people who have made progress in various fields and have glorified our region, "Saniya Kaldygulova said.

A special website that highlights the preparation for the forum has been created. Those who wish leave comments on it. The first comment was left by the Olympic champion in artistic gymnastics Valeriy Lyukin, a native countryman of the Aktobe region. The guests from 15 countries of the world, including the USA, Israel, Germany, Russia, Belarus, the Ukraine and others are expected to arrive to the Forum.

- We worked with the Aktobe community in Moscow in Russia. It is headed by Oleg Gaidanov. We keep in touch with fellow countrymen living in Russia with the help of this public organization. The invitations on behalf of the oblast akim were sent to future participants of the forum, " Saniya Kaldygulova explains.
At the moment, 218 people confirmed their participation. Most of them are representatives of business.

According to the speaker, a new encyclopedia of the Aktyubinsk region will be published by the anniversary of the region and the Forum, which includes over half a thousand names of the region's residents who contributed to the development of the region. Within the framework of the forum, a scientific-practical conference and a rich concert program with the participation of eminent compatriots are planned.

The arrival of a delegation of three dozen well-known doctors, people from the Aktobe region is planned. Among them there are such minds of medicine as Serik Aksholakov and Zhaksylyk Doskaliyev. The participants of the delegation will conduct master classes and operations on their own specifics.

As it was said at the press conference, in the framework of the "Tugan zherge tagzym" action 338 projects for the amount of over 1 billion tenge were realized in the region in the first half of the year. Totally it is planned to implement 555 projects worth 2.8 billion tenge with the assistance of active citizens, businessmen and patrons of art. The construction, reconstruction and equipping of social facilities, improvement of settlements, road repairs, and other, equally important problems of the inhabitants of the region are being carried out on sponsorship funds. The greatest number of social projects falls on Aktobe. This year, the regional center implemented 62 projects out of 104 planned at a cost of 465 million tenge. These include the construction of a hockey module and health park, which have already been commissioned, a local history museum, squares and alleys, as well as a number of other large objects.
